Since its establishment in Beijing in 2008, the studio has been committed to a wide range of engineering planning and design practices, and has completed a large number of works in different fields such as urban renewal, cultural and tourism planning, public buildings and landscapes. The studio has long been committed to providing the best design service for the owner and the most comprehensive technical support for the project. Under the leadership of Mr. Gao Qiang, the chief architect, the studio is increasingly becoming a unique design brand in China's design field.
After more than ten years of design precipitation and thinking, we finally found that four elements are the key to achieving ideal engineering design.
Goal
The first thing that needs to be paid attention to in every design proposal is the goal. It is not a very simple thing to really understand the design goal that the owner needs to achieve. It requires a lot of practical experience accumulation and in-depth communication. Fortunately, we can quickly capture the core of the goal in the communication with the owner, and then become the key to the success of each project.
Logic
The biggest difference between design scheme and artistic creation is the logicality. Each design is not produced out of thin air, but the reasonable result obtained after our rigorous analysis of the project. Excellent logic can produce excellent scheme. Excellent logic can also prevent the owner from falling into the mire of choice. Logic is the key to the formation of the scheme.
Cooperation
Each engineering project needs the cooperation of more than a dozen professionals in the process of implementation. Therefore, understanding how to cooperate and how to give play to the team's ability is the foundation for the success of the project. Our exploration in different fields has made the team's internal and external cooperation very smooth. We have a large number of fixed partners, which can escort the success of the project.
Wisdom
Design work is one of the work that needs wisdom most. It forms creativity with wisdom, solves difficulties with wisdom, establishes ties with wisdom, and controls investment with wisdom. Wisdom is the most important quality in engineering practice and is also the working mode we always pursue.
